Refund Exceptions
- Our bespoke coaching and digital resources require unique instructor scheduling and preparation; consequently, all sales of modules and on-demand content are final and non-refundable.
Schedule Changes
- Live 1-on-1 coaching requires a 24-hour notice for any rescheduling or cancellations. Please note that sessions cancelled within this 24-hour window will incur the full fee.
Commitment Terms
- To maintain executive standards of service, sessions missed without notice are billed at the full rate. This policy ensures our experts remain dedicated to your transformation.
